FAQs - Australia (English)

How do I get a ticket?

  1. You will need to register your details through the Frontier registration form HERE to have a chance of buying a ticket. The registration will be open for 3 days between 3:00 PM AWST/5:00 PM AEST on Monday, September 7th and 3:00 PM AWST/5:00 PM AEST on Thursday, September 10th. There is no rush, all registrants will be treated equally, regardless of what point during the period you register.
  2. On Friday 11th September you will receive an email indicating whether or not you will receive an unlock code.
  3. From 7:00AM (local time) on Tuesday 15th September those who have completed and validated their registration, and have an unlock code, can use it to proceed to the official ticketing platform and purchase up to 4 tickets. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Why do I need to register my details to buy a ticket?

These days, buying tickets can mean you competing in a queue filled with bots and ticket scalpers who have an unfair advantage. The registration is in place to verify that you are who you say you are, and so we can do the best possible to make the ticket buying process a little fairer for fans.

What information do I need to provide to register?

You will need to provide your name, email address, your personal mobile phone number and country of residence. This information will be used to verify your identity during the ticket purchasing process. You will also be asked which city, or cities, out of the three you would be able to attend.

You must only register once, using your own, correct details otherwise you risk your registration being invalidated.

Can I choose which date to get a ticket for?

If you receive an unlock code, it will be for one of the cities you indicated you could attend during registration.

Can I go to more than one show? How many tickets can I purchase?

You will be allowed to purchase up to 4 tickets for any of the dates in the city you receive your unlock code for.

If I receive an unlock code am I guaranteed a ticket?

Receiving an unlock code does not guarantee a ticket. The unique code you receive only unlocks access for you to the official ticketing platform. You will need to follow the instructions emailed to you along with your unlock code to join their queue at 9:00 AM local time on Tuesday 15th September.

If I didn't get an unlock code via email is there any way of buying a ticket?

If you do not receive an unlock code, you will not be able to participate in the initial ticket sale on Tuesday 15th September. However, you will automatically be placed on a waitlist and may be notified by email of any further Australian ticket sales that may happen up until the show.

How much will the tickets cost?

Standing ticket prices are $199 AUD inclusive of fees. Seated ticket prices range from $139 to $349 AUD. 'Fast Track Status' packages will also be available priced at $649 AUD. The ticket price will stay fixed and not change dynamically.

There will be a $2 AUD charity donation included in the ticket price going to Greenpeace Australia Pacific and the Australian Marine Conservation Society - this amount may be subject to unavoidable taxes. Radiohead will match the total amount with their own donation.

If I have bought a ticket and can't go, can I return it or sell it on to somebody else?

The only way to sell or transfer tickets to others will be through the transfer and face value resale facility offered by the official ticketing platform. Please note that ticket resale and ticket transfer will not be available to use until a few weeks before the show happens.

Can I buy tickets from other sites?

No. Please be aware that tickets or unlock codes that are offered for sale on reseller sites or sold above face value will be monitored and subject to cancellation.

How do I purchase accessible tickets?

A dedicated registration form is available HERE which will allow you to detail your accessibility needs so that the venue and ticketing teams can identify the most appropriate ticketing options for you.

Will there be any more shows? Will Radiohead be playing in my country?

There will be no extra dates announced. These are the only shows that Radiohead will be playing in 2027. The band hope to do more shows elsewhere in the future.
